Sleek, simple, reliable and easy to maintain, this lightweight bike is fast and efficient making it ideal for getting around without a fuss. The 2021 Boardman URB 8.6 is built on a lightweight, hydroformed aluminium frame with smooth welds and a tapered aluminium fork which offers fantastic stability and steering control. The frame has been designed to be efficient whilst maximising comfort and ensuring the rider has good head up visibility.

Vittoria 32mm tyres give confidence with superb grip and comfort but also have low rolling resistance so speed is not lost. They also feature a puncture resistant layer to keep your riding as hassle free as possible. The URB 8.6 uses a nexus 3-speed hub paired with a rust resistant chain that are low maintenance and therefore a perfect combination for city commutes.

The lightweight aluminium fork is tapered which gives additional width where the fork meets the frame, offering increased stability and steering precision. Ensuring that it makes a perfect commuter no matter the weather, the 2021 URB 8.6 features mounting points which will allow you to fit a variety of pannier racks and mudguards. The Shimano Nexus 3 speed hub gear is sealed from the elements meaning you don't have to worry about constant maintenance and the rust-resistant chain adds to the low fuss nature of this bike.
