Our team of passionate designers has developed this electric bike to give your long-distance rides on hilly roads and trails that extra bit of oomph! Ride even further with the smooth, responsive electrical assistance, pace yourself thanks to the central motor, and feel the difference with a range of up to 120 km!.

Eco mode: up to 120 km, normal mode: up to 90 km, high mode: up to 60km. Pedal naturally thanks to the torque sensor integrated into the central motor. A comfortable ride on hills thanks to the Shimano 60Nm central motor.

The hydraulic disc brakes provide powerful, precise braking. Change speed easily with the Shimano 10-speed trigger shifter. Lockout suspension fork with adjustable stiffness Puncture-resistant tyres.

Eco mode - Gentle assistance at up to 25 km/h that means you can forget about the weight of the bike - battery life of around 120km under normal conditions. Normal mode - Moderate assistance up to 25 km/h - battery life of around 90km under normal conditions. High mode - "Boost" assistance up to 25 km/h for more difficult inclines with battery life of around 60km under normal conditions.

Walking mode - Assistance when walking. A smooth ride without any jolts thanks to the progressive assistance. When pushing off, cycling uphill, or when you are carrying baggage, the assistance is more dynamic.

More manoeuvrable thanks to excellent weight distribution. Rear wheel easily removable. Improved battery life thanks to better energy management.

Better performance, no braking effect beyond 25km/h. Option to attach a bike trailer. The new ultra-quiet central Shimano Steps E6100 motor has been designed for long-distance road and trail riding.

With its 60 Nm torque, you get powerful assistance on hills when heavily laden.

This new motor is the upgraded version of its predecessor (the E6000) to give you an even longer battery range: less resistance for 20% more motor efficiency. 210 g lighter, now weighing just 2.88 kg.

Rapid Shimano charger and adaptor: you can directly charge while it is attached to the bike, or remove the battery to charge it separately.

The remote control for changing the mode (High, Normal, Eco, Walk) is on the left so that it remains within easy reach in all situations. Our engineers designed the hybrid frame using 6061 aluminium and lower geometry for an easy step through. This frame provides optimal comfort and great versatility.

Inserts included for a bottle cage only on sizes M, L, XL. A bottle cage can be fitted to the size S model using an adaptor. Inserts included for a pannier rack.

Go on rides with the Riverside 540 E equipped with double-walled black aluminium wheel. To transport your bike, the quick-release on the front and rear wheels makes them easy to remove. 28-spoke front wheel and 36-spoke rear wheel.

Wheel diameter = 28 inches (21-622). Cycle safely on any terrain (dry / wet) thanks to the Tektro TKD 160 mm hydraulic disc brakes at the front and rear. Hydraulic brakes provide more precise braking as well as greater comfort using the brake levers.

B'Twin Bikes

B'Twin are a popular choice of bike in the UK, partly due to their widespread distribution by Decathlon, and partly due to the value they offer.
