The Quick-Motion has 3 resistance levels that can be easily adjusted on the frame, allowing to simulate riding on the flat or on differing gradients.
The Quick-Motion can also be connected to Elite's My E-Training software via the Elite Misuro B+ Sensor (sold separately). Compatibility is key with rollers and the Quick-Motion is compatible with both road and mountain bikes thanks to its 11 position adjustable frame that gives you the perfect fit for your bike.
