Fast Forward F6R DT180 Carbon Wheels
With a 60mm DARC profile rim, which rolls on DT Swiss 180 carbon hubs, this is the most sought-after wheelset for competition riders or the serious enthusiasts.
It is a strong, stiff, balanced and efficient, yet remains lightweight and the top of its category of aerodynamic carbon wheels.
Strong, Stiff and Balanced Fast Forward have used multiple layers of different types of carbon. The outer layer is made from a 3K weave. Underneath this layer are layers of UDF (Uni-Directional Fibre) sheets constructed together to provide a mixture of different angles to increase strength.
Since carbon fibre can handle tension very well, they mix up the layers to make the wheels super strong stiff and balanced in construction and performance output, so when laced to the hubs, they are completely flex free.
