Saris set themselves a goal to create a direct drive trainer so quiet, that you would only hear your bikes drivetrain.

The new H3 Direct Drive provides even greater training accuracy than you have ever experienced and makes less noise than a dishwasher (59 decibels) when travelling at 20mph. And, its internal cooling system keeps electronic resistance working at full power with total accuracy, even after your legs have given up. Measure Power, Speed and Cadence with Pro Level Accuracy Featuring the same durability and reliability as Saris are known for, the H3 is built from cast and machined ultra-high-quality aluminium.

Its inner workings are thoroughly calibrated to measure power, speed and cadence to the utmost accuracy. Plus, its precision-balanced flywheel adds to this trainer's pro-level ability to handle 2000 watts and replicates a 20% climbing grade.

Direct drive design directly connects the bicycle to the resistance unit, eliminating tyre wear. Internal cooling technology ensures accurate ride data even during the hardest of workouts. Folding legs provide widest footprint of direct drive indoor bicycle trainers on the market for added stability and easy storage.

Accessible and balanced handle allows for smooth, anyone-can-carry transit of the trainer. Over the air (OTA) firmware updates and calibration via the Saris app.
