As it is manufactured from SRAM's hard chrome material, this chain has a durability that is four times the current standards of SRAM's other chains.

It provides ultimate performance by using "Flow Link" technology, which provides ultra smooth inner plates for a much quieter operation and increased durability. The links even have a Titanium Nitride coating to reduce friction and increase the durability even further. This is due to the new finishing process on the inner links and rollers. Push pin strength and ultimate strength are equivalent to SRAM's current chains, but the Hard Chrome (TM) chain lasts longer and is just as strong.
