Realistically Simulate Outdoor Riding from Within Your Home Though Flow Smart has a compact flywheel, it's able to replicate a mass inertial effect of 11.8 kg, giving you the feel of riding outdoors. It is able to realistically simulate inclines up to a 6% gradient.

Plus, it's engineered to ensure the greatest accuracy and consistency when measuring your speed, power and cadence output. It securely locks your bike's rear wheel, clamping on to the included Tacx-specific quick release skewer and holding your bike in place with two easy clicks.
