Wahoo has made this direct drive model compatible with a wide range of bike types, third party software and additional accessories so you can feel completely "in the zone" as you increase your performance and smash your personal bests. Realistic and Comprehensive Indoor Training The KICKR Smart Turbo Trainer at its most basic comprises of a large flywheel and virtually silent design for the most realistic riding feel when you are in the saddle. However, when hooked up to the fantastic KICKR compatible third-party apps via your Apple, Android or Windows device, your mundane indoor ride turns in to any run, trail or route you like.
Virtual routes and trails and geo-synced videos will bring your workout to life, both visually and physically as the trainer simulates the on-screen terrain. The connectivity of the ELEMNT GPS Computer to the KICKR will also let you re-ride roads and treks you've done in real-life, and if you just want a powerful and varied burst on the trainer, it will provide you with the accuracy and responsiveness you need to get the best from your workout. The KICKR comes with an RPM Cadence Senor to help you monitor your ride, while your speed, distance and power data is also collated for accurate an instant analysis of your efforts.
Also featured is a pre-installed cassette, quick tyre-size height adjuster and carrying handle for easy portability. Giving you all the physicality and feel of an outside ride, the all-new Wahoo KICKR Smart Turbo Trainer is the ultimate when it comes to indoor training. Starting on August 1st 2019, all new registrations for KICKR, CORE and SNAP will come with a free 30 days of Zwift.
The free 30 days will be delivered to new KICKR, CORE and SNAP customers via email once they register their trainer in the Wahoo App on iOS or Android. Please note, existing Zwift customers will not be eligible for the free 30 days.
