The 2015 Zipp 808 Firecrest Rear Wheel is a rear road wheel with a carbon rim, weighing 980g. This tubeless 700c clincher road wheel uses rim brakes and was available in black & white.
To achieve maximum performance with the 808 Firecrest Zipps engineers created a uniquely tuned rim profile which is much more complex than merely adding clincher sidewalls to the 808 Tubular or increasing the depth of the 404 Firecrest Carbon Clincher.
